You will explore the model for effective communication as well as discuss some obstacles to effective communication, non-verbal communication, and interactive listening. In addition, you will be able to identify your personality and communication style and learn to adjust it to other's style to have a more effective and meaningful communication. Includes a personality styles instrument assessment based on the DISC model.
