At Global TT Solutions, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans can change unexpectedly. We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our participants while also covering the costs associated with organizing our workshops. Therefore, we have established a cancellation policy that strives to be as fair as possible. Your understanding and cooperation mean the world to us.


Registration Deadline: The last day to sign up for the Leadership Workshops is 10 days before the workshop date. Please note that our ordering page has an inventory control system and will not allow anyone to register once the maximum number of participants has been reached. However, we may accept registrations after the deadline if there is available seating.


Cancellation Deadline: We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your registration. Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up to 3 days after the registration date. If you need to cancel after this deadline, a $120.00 penalty will be applied to cover our costs.


Refunds and Fee: All refund requests will be subject to a $120.00 penalty. This fee helps us cover administrative costs and materials prepared for you.


No-Show Policy: We know that unforeseen circumstances can arise, making it difficult for you to attend the workshop. If you are unable to attend and have not canceled your registration, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. However, we will issue a credit voucher, less the $120.00 fee, which you can use for future workshops. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you at a future event.

Meet Alejandro - Our Principal Consultant


He is the creator of the Cultural Leadership Mindset Survey and the four Leadership Mindsets and the VIDAS Leadership Model. Alejandro has also designed and developed  all of the Workshop Solutions offered.


Alejandro is a dynamic and influential leader who prioritizes relationships and possesses extensive national and international industry experience in Organizational Development and Learning in a variety of sectors such as Oil and Gas, Manufacturing (including Intra Logistics Automation and Pharmaceuticals), and Healthcare. His training and leadership development programs have had a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of individuals, both within the United States and internationally.


  

Alejandro holds a BA degree in Business Management and Economics from Trinity International University and an MBAfrom The University of Phoenix. Alejandro is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course and holds 7 professional certifications in Facilitation and Leadership Development training from some of the most recognized names in the industry like; Achieve-Global, DDI, and the Center for Leadership Studies (Situational Leadership). Additionally, Alejandro is a certified Training Manager/Director and Instructional Designer by the world recognized Langevin Learning Services. Alejandro is also a certified Coach in the Forte Institute's Communications Style Inventory assessment tool.
